From product concept to a defined development brief
Start with the customer, product format, intended market and sales channel. A useful brief identifies the texture, application experience, ingredient preferences, packaging direction and claims you want to explore. We coordinate these requirements with a suitable partner so feasibility questions can be addressed before a production commitment.
Formula sourcing, private label and OEM/ODM coordination
Projects may begin with an existing formula direction or a custom development brief. ZYRA coordinates the discussion; the manufacturing partner assesses formulation feasibility and available customization. Formula access, exclusivity, documentation and ownership must be agreed for the selected route. An OEM or ODM label alone does not define those terms.

Packaging sourcing and sample coordination
We help coordinate bottles, pumps, jars, labels, cartons and other relevant components through selected partners. Formula and packaging should be reviewed together: dispensing, leakage, compatibility, artwork and pack-out all affect the development decision. Sample availability, charges, revisions and timing depend on the project and must be confirmed after brief review.

MOQ planning and manufacturing follow-up
Share your estimated quantity per product and variant. Formula batches, containers, decoration and cartons may have separate minimums. We clarify these requirements with the selected partner and coordinate quotation questions, agreed documentation and production follow-up. There is no single MOQ or production timeline that applies to every project.

ZYRA supports project communication and market preparation; scope and responsibilities are agreed for each project. Yes. ZYRA coordinates briefs, partner communication, samples, packaging, quotation and manufacturing follow-up. Selected OEM/ODM partners perform formulation and production.
Can a new brand request samples?
Yes. Share the product concept and sample requirement so available options can be reviewed. Availability, fees, revisions and timing are confirmed for the project.
What should I prepare before requesting a quote?
