Prepare a beauty OEM quote request with your product concept, quantity per SKU, target market, packaging direction, formula route and sample needs. You do not need every answer before making an inquiry. Clearly marked unknowns are more useful than assumed specifications that later change the quotation.
Introduce the business and decision-maker
Include the company or brand name, contact name, business email, country and a phone or WhatsApp number if you want to use that channel. Explain whether the project is for a new brand, an existing range, distribution, a salon or a clinic. This helps put product and commercial requirements in context.
Describe the product and its intended use
State the category, format, intended customer and place in the routine. Describe the desired texture, application, finish and fragrance preference where relevant. List ingredient preferences and proposed claims as items for review, not verified product facts. Reference images can help explain packaging or sensory direction, but they do not define a reproducible specification on their own.
Review skincare development directions, hair-care concepts or the capabilities overview if you are still narrowing the category.
State quantities and MOQ expectations
Give an estimated initial quantity for each product, size and variant. Say whether that quantity is a firm ceiling or an early estimate. If you have no MOQ expectation, write “Please advise minimums for the proposed formula and packaging.” Do not combine a multi-product range into one unexplained total.
Explain formula and packaging choices
Say whether you have an existing formula, want to review available private label options, need customization or are undecided. For packaging, describe pack type, fill size, dispenser, decoration, labels and cartons. Note whether components will be sourced through the project or supplied by you. Use the packaging page to identify the components involved.
Include market, samples and timing
List the countries where the product will be sold and the intended channel. State what samples you need and what they should demonstrate. Provide your target launch date and identify any fixed event, while allowing the partner to assess feasibility. Include a budget range if useful; specify currency and whether it covers product only or the broader development and delivery scope.

How to assess the response
Check that the proposal matches the brief and identifies open assumptions. Ask for MOQ scope, sample terms, quotation inclusions, exclusions, documentation responsibilities and delivery terms. A precise-looking price based on an unclear product specification is not yet a reliable basis for comparison.
Frequently asked questions
Can I inquire without a finished formula or packaging design?
Yes. Explain what you know and which decisions are open. The next step may be clarification or sampling before a complete quotation is possible.
How does the ZYRA inquiry form work?
The current Request Quote page prepares an email draft. Review the details, open your email application and press Send there. The website does not send the inquiry automatically. If your email application does not open, copy the prepared details into an email to info@zyraformula.com.
Send your beauty product brief
Share as much as you know about the concept, quantity, packaging and target market. Put unresolved MOQ and packaging questions in Project Requirements so they can be reviewed with a suitable partner.
